Today we went to... MORIKAMI!! I have been waiting for this for such a long time. It was so much fun till the heat went to my head and i wanted to lay down in the dirt. We didn't even see the whole gardens. The cocunut milk and honey group (minus sydney) welcomed a new member. Austin Lubetkin (Syd's Bro) joined us he is going into 8th grade and is 13 years old. Even though he was older (and a boy) we still had a great time. So check out some pics from our great time in Morikami!! (Rember its Japenese not Chinese).
Check out this cute little waterfall the flows into a small pool. I put two pics so you can see the different angles. I love how the rocks make a path for it to fall down.
I love looking at this bamboo in a picture. But if you're really there with the hot sun beating down on you and the bamboo creaking and moving its a little bit scary.
A small place where you can walk under to get shade. Its also a good drawing op or photo op.
I take a pic with a big bellied Buddah in the back. I would have sat on him but the sign says please dont touch. Sigh!!!!!!
Theres no better nature scene then a lake with trees surronding it. So beautiful and calming.
I love this waterfall and unlike some of the others its not very mini (but it depends what you compare it to). Its so beautiful with the rocks behind it and the leaves as a ragedy green frame.
